Basements need different materials and different preparation. Concrete slabs release moisture for years and are rarely level, so flooring that works upstairs often fails below grade.

We focus on the floor: moisture testing the slab, crack isolation, levelling and porcelain tile, with in-floor heating if you want the space to feel warm. We also take on bathrooms, laundry rooms and finishing work as part of basement projects.

  Ultra Renovations did a great job for our home floor.   Demolition of original floor all done in one day and clean up.   Floor installation was worked on everyday on time until completion.  Bathroom toilet and vanity installation looked great.  Floor looks amazing.  Very professional job.

Ultra renovations was very professional and the work that they performed was very high quality. They were able to complete the work within the quoted time and cost, which was amazing.   I needed contractor with expertise to fix the many issues  I had from a prior renovation that started in January 2020. All that could go wrong did went wrong, and to avoid a repeat of these issues I spoke with many contractors. Some did not even wanted to touch the work, thought is was too complicated to fix, but Ultra Renovation didn’t hesitate. They reviewed the solutions with me, and their pricing was also quite reasonable compared to others. They surely didn’t disappoint. The kitchen backsplash one of my favourite tiles in the renovation is now a pleasure to look at. They fixed the stair, level and re-installed the flooring and replaced the backsplash and got it all done in time. Sometimes I can hardly believe the chaos is finally over. Thanks UltraReno.
