What Toronto homes need
Toronto’s older semis and Victorians present the most interesting tile challenges we see. Floors are rarely square, walls are rarely plumb, and layout planning matters far more than it does in a new build — a badly planned layout in a 1910 house produces slivers in every doorway. Condo work has its own constraints around building rules, elevator booking and noise hours, all of which we handle.

What it costs in Toronto
Our pricing is the same across the GTA. A kitchen backsplash runs $900 to $2,400. A bathroom floor is $1,200 to $3,000. A full tiled shower is $4,500 to $9,500. Main floor tile is $14 to $24 per square foot installed. Every quote is confirmed by a free on-site visit before you commit to anything.
