What we collect
When you send our estimate form or use the cost calculator and ask for a quote, we collect your name, phone number, and any email address, city and project details you choose to give us. That is all we ask for.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry and prepare a quote. We do not sell, rent or share your information with third parties.
Site statistics
We record which pages are visited, which buttons are pressed (for example Call or Free Quote) and how visitors found the site (for example a Google search or our Google Business Profile). This uses your browser’s local storage, is not linked to your name, and does not include your IP address. It helps us understand what is useful. If we use Google Analytics or Google Ads on this site, Google receives the same anonymous information under its own privacy policy.
Spam protection
Our forms are protected against automated spam. This may include Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks that a real person is using the form; Cloudflare processes limited technical information to do this under its own privacy policy.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while your project is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for warranty and follow-up purposes. Site statistics are deleted after about 13 months.
Your rights
You may ask us to provide a copy of, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time. Email or call us using the details above.
