A backsplash is the highest-impact, lowest-cost change you can make to a kitchen. It is also the most visible tile in the house, at eye level under task lighting, so outlet cuts and edge profiles matter.

Pricing and timeline

Most backsplashes are finished in one to two days. The price depends on the tile, the wall area and how many outlets, switches and window returns we cut around — we confirm it after a free visit, or get a ballpark from the tile cost calculator.

Worth the upgrade: epoxy grout

Standard grout behind a stove absorbs grease and stains within a year. Epoxy grout resists it. It is harder to install, which is why many installers avoid quoting it.

  I needed contractor with expertise to fix the many issues  I had from a prior renovation that started in January 2020. All that could go wrong did went wrong, and to avoid a repeat of these issues I spoke with many contractors. Some did not even wanted to touch the work, thought is was too complicated to fix, but Ultra Renovation didn’t hesitate. They reviewed the solutions with me, and their pricing was also quite reasonable compared to others. They surely didn’t disappoint. The kitchen backsplash one of my favourite tiles in the renovation is now a pleasure to look at. They fixed the stair, level and re-installed the flooring and replaced the backsplash and got it all done in time. Sometimes I can hardly believe the chaos is finally over. Thanks UltraReno.
