All estimates are free and carry no obligation. Written quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Pricing
Any prices shown on this website are typical ranges for planning purposes only. They are not quotes. Final pricing is confirmed in writing after an on-site assessment, and that written quote is what you pay.
Scheduling
Project timelines are estimates made in good faith. Discovering hidden damage, subfloor problems, or changes you request during the work may affect both the schedule and the price. We will always discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Payment
We accept cash, Interac e-Transfer and cheque. Payment schedules are agreed in writing before work begins.
Materials
Where you supply your own tile, please order 10 to 15 percent above the measured area. We are not responsible for delays caused by insufficient material or by dye lot variation between production runs.
Workmanship
We stand behind our installation work. Contact us if any concern arises and we will inspect it.
Insurance
Ultra Renovations Inc is a registered Ontario corporation carrying general liability insurance.
